How Multi-Company Management Works

Tenant
The tenant is your top-level account. It defines your subscription, billing settings, usage quotas, and global configuration. All data within a tenant is completely isolated from other tenants — no data is ever shared across tenant boundaries.
Organization
Organizations are the sub-entities within your tenant. Each organization can have its own employees, customers, projects, and invoices. Think of them as your individual companies, branches, or departments — each with their own branding and settings.
Tenant Group
Tenant groups let you optionally link multiple tenants together. This is ideal for holding companies or franchise networks where each entity needs full independence but the parent company requires consolidated oversight and reporting.
