Yes, absolutely. There are no contracts or minimum terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Your promotional price applies indefinitely — including all future renewals. As long as you keep your subscription active, the price stays the same. This applies to both monthly and yearly billing.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing — you only pay the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
You will be notified when you approach your limits. You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more capacity. Existing data is never deleted — even if you downgrade later.
Yes. Every plan includes the full feature set — there are no feature gates. Plans only differ in volume limits (users, projects, storage). Administrators can assign permission modules to control which areas each team member can access.
You can add extra team member seats to any paid plan for 9 EUR/month each. Alternatively, upgrading to a higher plan often gives you better value per team member.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA direct debit, and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
All data is stored on servers in Germany and is subject to German and European data protection laws (GDPR). We do not share your data with third parties.
After cancellation, your account switches to the free plan. Your data remains accessible within the free plan limits. You can export your data at any time. We never delete customer data without explicit request.
Yes. You automatically receive a proper invoice for every payment via email. All invoices are also available for download in your account settings at any time.
Cloud storage and AI processing generate real infrastructure costs on our side. To keep the free plan truly free forever, we include these features starting from the Solo plan. This way, paying customers get generous limits while free plan members can still use the full feature set without any time restrictions.
