Frequently Asked Questions
No. Awerka is built to be self-explanatory, and self-onboarding is always free — including help center, video tutorials and support. The packages are for teams that want a faster, guided start with personal setup and training.
Kickstart is usually completed within one week. Professional takes two to three weeks, Enterprise typically four to six weeks — depending on data volume and how quickly your team is available for the workshops.
All packages are delivered remotely via video sessions — that keeps them affordable and flexible to schedule. On-site workshops are available as part of an individual package on request.
Not much: exports from your previous system (Excel or CSV), your logo and letterhead, and a contact person on your side. We guide you through everything else in the kickoff session.
Yes, at any time. Additional training sessions, configuration help or support after go-live can be booked flexibly at 120 € per hour — no minimum commitment.
