Tools, machines and vehicles
Who has the core drill? Awerka knows.
Every tool, every machine, every van: who has it, for which job, since when. And every vehicle handover documented with mileage and damage.
Monday morning, 7 o'clock. The laser level is gone.
Last seen on the job site in the old town. Or was it in Tom's van? Three phone calls later it turns up, two towns away. Meanwhile the crew is standing around. And the dent in the bumper of the company van? Nobody knows who brought it back like that.
In Awerka every tool, every machine and every vehicle has its record. You hand something out to an employee, for a project, with a photo if you like. You see at a glance who has what and since when. When it comes back, you book the return.
For vehicles there is the vehicle check: handover to the driver, return, workshop, TÜV, accident. Mileage, fuel level, condition and damage are recorded every time. The next time something is dented, you know since when.
Who has it right now
Hand out tools and machines to employees and projects. The open handout shows who has the item at the moment.
Every handover on record
Driver handover, return, workshop, TÜV, accident: each vehicle check records mileage, fuel level, condition and damage.
Mileage at a glance
Each vehicle keeps its mileage history with the date of every reading. No more guessing at the end of the year.

Record, Hand Out, Get Back
No spreadsheet on the office wall, no sticky notes on the van keys.
Record it once
Enter the van, the core drill or the scaffold with purchase date and price. Once, not every time.
Hand it out
Assign it to an employee and the project, with a photo of the condition. For vehicles, the check with mileage and fuel level.
Book the return
When it comes back, record the return. The history stays, so you know later who had it and in which state.
Tools here, material in the warehouse
Tools and vehicles are the things you keep. Screws, cable and pipes are the things you use up. Those live in the warehouse, with QR codes on the bins, minimum stock and deliveries to the project.

No more search calls
The open handout shows who has the item and for which project. One look instead of three phone calls.
Damage with a date
Condition and damage are written down at every vehicle check. If a new scratch shows up, the last check tells you since when.
Workshop and TÜV
Workshop visits and inspections are part of the vehicle history. You see when the van went in and when it came back.
