The visionary, lead developer, and CEO of P & S Softwareentwicklung GmbH, Patrick C. Probst, takes a broad societal and non-partisan perspective. He is aware that one of the main problems in current global business management (and every company must meet these demands as part of the modern global world) is the following:
Due to bureaucracy and the resulting unpaid work, a company as a whole can barely get to effective, value-creating, and revenue-generating work.
This is where we step in — with Awerka, we want to support money-makers and economy-builders.
Our Mission
In 2024, we emerged from the great COVID crisis and the enormous number of bureaucratic hurdles and pitfalls: We don't want to bury our heads in the sand or throw our hands up in despair — No: our mission is to forge ahead in this bureaucratic jungle we live in and create paths. Paths that make it possible for you and your team members to work effectively and collaboratively while always maintaining an overview. Paths that make it possible for you not to drown despite the flood of documents.
The Team
The head of Awerka, Patrick C. Probst, develops Awerka in Northern Germany, is happily married, and father of two children.
P & S Softwareentwicklung GmbH is based near Hanover. Its shareholders are company owners who have experienced the bureaucratic burden mentioned above — and have overcome it with Awerka.

Outlook
The current mission of the core development team is to tackle duplicate structures in companies: Large organizations tend to build unprofitable duplicate structures due to their initial rapid growth. With Awerka, you uncover these and actively counteract them: You remain the boss of your company and keep the overview. With our platform, you don't need anything else. Everything is in one place.
